Plan the offer before November

Schedule everything in advance

The mistake that ruins BFCM weekends is doing things live. Instead:

  1. Build the sale a week or two early with all products, discounts, and compare-at prices set.
  2. Schedule the start and end times so the sale fires and closes on its own across the whole weekend.
  3. Stage follow-on deals — like a Cyber Monday twist — as separate scheduled sales so they swap over automatically.
